Luke is the very best. He is willing to go above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure things are working and in the proper condition. His professionalism, knowledge, and customer service is above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience by using him. You won’t be disappointed.

We had Landmark HW for our home warranty. Our furnace went out and Landmark sent Pol Can to diagnose. He quickly diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger and provided a quote to Landmark for the work as required. Unfortunately Landmark HW felt his quote was too much so they sent another contractor out to quote. The second contractor had the same diagnosis but higher cost. Finally after a week, in January in Utah with 4 little kids, Landmark HW sent Pol Can to replace the furnace. Luke came right on schedule and did a great job replacing our furnace. He was even able to get Landmark HW to provide us with a better efficiency furnace than we had. Luke answered all of our questions, made sure we registered the furnace to get our warranty, gave us all the paperwork to get our rebate and ran us through basic good maintenance practices. Our review of Pol Can is 5 Star, they were great. Our review of Landmark Home Warranty is 0 Star, they were terrible to work with and have no relation/connection to Pol Can.

Contacted them about a broken HVAC system placed a few years ago and they told me it was likely under warranty from the original company that placed it. That didn’t cross my mind at first and I was able to track down who originally installed it and get it repaired under warranty. Pol Can is an ethical and helpful company and wasn’t just trying to get business but rather provide a service. I will call them first for any future HVAC needs.

Fantastic experience with Luc, he was professional, had the highest level of care and concern for our home, family and the work he was preforming. Our furnace died in February and we got lucky when our home warranty company sent Luke over to fix it. The warranty company opted to replace it so we decided to upgrade the whole system. We had Luke replace the furnace and AC coil in Feb, and scheduled him to come back in June to replace the compressor unit outside. Reasonable price. Estimates were very accurate for both halves of the job. Excellent work! I will post up a couple pics. Even cleaned up after him self. He was very polite and professional. We would recommend him for any hvac work you need. We won’t be calling anyone else to work on our systems!

We had a great experience with Pol Can Heating & Air. Luke is very knowledgeable, clean, and professional. He is nice and trustworthy. He installed our new energy efficient condensing unit and evaporator coil. He did a beautiful job! He raised up where condenser sits so it stays cleaner and protected. He even made a new place for the filter to go because the old filter place only had a wire holding it on which made the filter bend allowing the motor to get dirty. Now only clean air gets to the motor. He was respectful too. He always took his shoes off before walking through the house and he put drop cloths down to keep the carpet clean. He showed me and made sure I understood what I need to do so everything runs smoothly. I would recommend Pol Can Heating & Air because Luke knows the right way to do things and does the job correctly.

Both my a/c and furnace were old and dying and needed multiple repairs. After all the costs were totaled up, it was worth it to just buy a new system. A neighbor recommended that I contact Luke at Pol-Can. I’m sure glad I did!
He did an amazing job! His attention to detail and the way he reconfigured everything for the new system looks absolutely great. He is honest and hard working and made me feel as if he was installing his own personal furnace.
